After my wife had our son, we both took a good hard look at ourselves and realized we needed to change our ways. We had been eating too much and not exercising nearly enough, and it showed. We were both out of shape, but we didn't know how to get our bodies back. A friend suggested that we improve our exercise routine by adding one new challenge a day, so that was what we did.
